2、组织搞好安全活动日，开好班前、班后安全会，对新进场工人进行现场安全教育，让其熟悉工作环境。
3、组织本班组工人学习安全规程有关规定，并检查其执行情况，不得违章蛮干，不得擅自动用不属本岗位的操作工。
4、经常检查施工现场安全状况发现问题及时处理，不能解决要采取控制措施，做好详细记录，及时上报。
5、听从专职安全员的指导，接受改进措施，教育全班组工人严格执行安全规程和安全制度，做好交接工作和自检工作，为促进安全生产和改善劳动条件提出合理化建议。
