双缩脲法测定血清总蛋白的方法学评价

摘要：目的对双缩尿法测定血清总蛋白进行方法性能评价，达到提高分析方法质量的目的。方法配制双缩脲试剂，并用所配制的双缩脲试剂与标准血清总蛋白进行批内重复性试验、回收试验以及线性范围评价试验，从而评价双缩尿法测定血清总蛋白的精密度、准确度和线性范围。结果用分光光度计测定波540
m处的吸光度A，进行相关数据分析，双缩脲法测定血清总蛋白的批内重复性试验2的变异系数CV为236，回收试验平均回收率为105，线性范围评价试验R为09980。结论在严格规范操作下，双缩脲法测定血清总蛋白的精密度高，准确度以及线性范围较好，满足临床对血清总蛋白定量测定要求，是临床测定血清总蛋白的常规方法。关键词：双缩脲法；血清总蛋白；方法学评价Biuretmethodwasdevelopedforthedetermi
