中国土地制度的历史变迁分析
摘要：农业是国民经济的基础，作为农村经济制度基础和核心的土地产权制度是农业经济增长的关键。农村土地产权制度安排不仅关系到农业现代化的实现和农村经济的全面发展，而且对整个社会经济的发展都具有举足轻重的作用。从特定意义上说，农村土地及其产权关系问题的存在，制约着我国“三农”问题的解决乃至城镇化发展的步伐。本文以农村土地制度为研究对象，以农村土地的产权关系为主线，运用新制度经济学理论，采用定性与定量相结合以及多学科综合分析的方法，较为系统地回顾了中国土地制度的历史演进过程，然后对改革开放以来的土地制度变迁进行了重点审视。在此基础上分析了土地制度创新的现实基础与应当遵循的原则，对我国农村土地产权制度未来的创新模式提出了初步构想。

土地制度是制约农业和农村经济发展最根本的制度，农村土地产权制度则是农村土地制度的核心。农村土地产权制度合理与否直接关系到能否使农村土地集体所有制得到有效实现，能否合理配置农村土地资源，实现农民与土地的有效结合，调动亿万农民积极性的问题。本文通过回顾我国农村土地产权制度的历史变迁，从中归纳与概括出有益的r
