摘要
供应链管理是近年来受到广泛关注的一种新型的管理理念和方式，也是一种公认的较为先进的管理模式，尤其是在服装类企业中。我国存在众多的服装类企业，甚至被称为世界的加工工厂，而且我国的服装企业规模大都为中小型。因此在供应、库存以及销售上都存在着不同程度上的问题。但是不得不承认，服装类企业在供应链管理上存在着一些问题，这些问题阻碍了服装类企业的发展。因此本文拟从服装行业供应链管理的内涵、重要性、以及现状入手，以太和服饰为例，深入分析当前太和服饰有限公司供应链管理存在的问题，探讨相应的改进对策，以期为促进太和服饰有限公司优化供应链管理模式、实现飞跃式发展提供参考。
