要
生产计划与控制是企业生产管理的重要组成部分，它研究的如何在资源有限的条件下，使企业在既定时间内完成生产任务。中国制造经历了近30年的粗放式发展，如今，在成本上升、全球竞争进一步加剧等形势下，企业的正常经营与转型升级都离不开生产计划与控制。本文对生产计划与控制的相关理论就行了简洁明了的阐述，并结合江西特种电机有限股份公司的实际情况，根据企业的销售信息对近三年电机产量进行了科学的预测；之后，编制了2012年、2013年和2014年的年度生产计划，确定了各产品系列的生产量，并做出了合理的资源需求计划。接下来，对年度生产计划进一步细化，对YZ系列、YZR系列和YZRZ系列三种系列的电机编制了切实可行的主生产计划。以型号为YP2315S4的电机为例，对产品结构和工艺流程进行深入剖析，构建BOM表；在闭环MRP设定完毕主生产计划后，通过对关键工作中心编制粗能力需求计划和物料需求计划。最后，应用JSP技术，设计了矿冶电机生产计划系统的主操作界面。本文编制的江特电机厂矿冶电机生产计划，为企业的生产经营活动顺利进行和有效实施带来了极大的方便；矿冶电机生产计划系统的主操作界面的设计，对企业自行开发属于自己的生产计划系统构建了初步框架。同时，也为企业带来了很大的经济效益。关键词：生产计划与控制，MRP，BOM，ERP
