（安康学院经济与管理系，陕西安康，72500）摘要：在经济竞争异常激烈的环境下，绩效管理日益受到管理人员的重视。本文对国内、国外绩效管理理论的发展和现状进行了研究从中可以看出，绩效管理理论经历了由单一的评估制度，逐步向系统性、综合性的方向发展的过程，最后形成了一套完整的绩效管理理论体系。关键词：绩效；绩效管理；文献综述
