浅议我国城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的建立和完善

我国医疗保险制度改革从20世纪九十年代初起源，经历了十多年坚持不懈的摸索和探究，先后建立了城镇职工基本医疗保险1998年、新型农村合作医疗2003年和城镇居民基本医疗保险2007年，初步建立起一个有中国特色的基本医疗保险制度，取得了医疗体制改革的阶段性胜利。与此同时，医疗保险制度完善过程中也暴露出不少问题。本文的研究是在肯定中国医疗保险制度改革的根基上，结合过去所取得的成就，以与医疗保障制度相关的经济理论为指导，利用微观调查数据，利用对中国城市医疗保障制度的实证分析评估，指出需要进一步完善的地方，为进一步提高我国的医疗保障制度提出建议。本文最后对以上的研究做出了总结从各方面对我国城镇医疗保障制度的进一步完善提出了看法与建议展望了本文未来研究的方向。关键字：城镇职工、基本医疗保险、改革
