视频监控系统摘要：随着现代电子技术的发展，视频监控系统也逐步由模拟
走向数字化。视频监控系统是安防领域中的重要组成部分，是所有安全系统中最关键的子系统。系统通过遥控摄像机，直接观察被监视场所的情况，同时可以把被监视场所的情况进行同步录像。另外，视频监控系统还可以与防盗报警系统等其它安全技术防范体系联动运行，使用户安全防范能力得到整体的提高。视频监控系统能在人无法直接观察的场合，适时、清晰、真实地反映被监视控制对象的画面。视频监控系统已成为在现代化管理中监控的最为有效的观察工具。视频监控系统是一种全数字化、全网络化的系统，可以同现有的多媒体系统、控制系统和信息系统集成，方便地实现数据和信息的共享在控制中心，只要有一个工作人员操作，就能够观察多个被控区域，以及远距离区域的监控功能。视频监控系统由实时控制系统、监视系统及管理信息系统组成。实时控制系统完成实时数据采集处理、存储、反馈的功能；监视系统完成对各个监控点的全天候的监视，能在多操作控制点上切换多路图像；管理信息系统完成各类所需信息的采集、接收、传输、加工、处理，是整个系统的控制核心。
