冠状动脉粥样硬化患者外周血Th17细胞与IL17的水平及意义

摘要：目的探究冠状动脉粥样硬化患者外周血Th17细胞与IL17水平变化的意义。方法收集青岛阜外心血管病医院冠状动脉粥样硬化患者200例，根据疾病类型分为心肌梗死（AMI）组（52例）、不稳定型心绞痛（UA）组（68例）、稳定型心绞痛（SA）组（80例），另外选取同期200例体检者作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测患者Th17细胞频率，ELISA法检测各组血清中IL17、CRP表达水平。结果流式细胞检测结果显示，与对照组比较，各组Th17细胞的频率表达均升高，差异具有统计学意义（P
