摘要：工程项目质量控制是个系统工程，从可行性研究、勘察设计、施工、竣工验收等，都有一个质量控制问题。施工阶段质量控制是工程项目全过程质量控制的关键环节。施工阶段质量管理的有效性，关系到整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到国家规范和业主的要求，关系到整个工程项目的顺利完成和成本控制，因此必须重视和加强施工阶段质量管理工作。工程质量很大程度上决定于施工阶段质量控制。其中心任务是通过建立健全有效的质量监督工作体系来确保工程质量达到合同规定的标准和要求。
本文以工程项目施工阶段质量控制为研究主题进行了较为系统的研究。本文在总结分析了发达国家建筑工程质量管理模式的基础上，认为，在我国现有条件下，工程项目质量控制应以预防为主。为此，本文从影响工程质量的五个方面，即人的因素、材料的因素、机械的因素、程序的因素以及环境的因素进行了分析，并提出了建立施工阶段质量控制体系。在结合案例具体分析的基础上，本文从建立健全质量保证体系，质量监控事前预防、施工操作事先指导，施工质量动态控制，事中认真检查、事后验收和及时处理质量问题等几个方面阐述了如何针对工程项目现场管理特点进行现场质量管理控制，并结合本人多年的实践提出了一些可行的办法供大家参考。
