三氧联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果观察

摘要：目的观察三氧联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月～2015年10月门诊膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例，均分为三组。B组：玻璃酸钠注射液25ml25mg注射组；OB组：浓度为35μgml三氧10ml联合玻璃酸钠注射液25ml25mg注射组；O组：浓度为35μgml三氧10ml注射组。1次w，5次为1个疗程。记录治疗前、疗程结束后1w、1个月、3个月、6个月Lysholm膝关节功能评分与VAS评分。结果观察期末B组失访2例，OB组失访7例，最终81例入选。治疗后1w、1个月、3个月、6个月Lysholm评分，OB组与B、O组比较有显著差异（P

膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）多属于退行性关节病，以老年人居多，尤其是绝经后女性。关节肿胀、疼痛、行动受限为显著特征，不加治疗致残率较高。KOA在全球范围内影响了超过25亿人，成为世界大部分地区卫生系统的当务之急1。根据我国民政部门提供的统计数据显示，2010年中国罹患膝关节炎的人群已达到078亿2。
