要
当前计算机技术在快速发展，社会都已跨入信息化时代。为使项目管理更高效、更科学，决定开发管理系统。本文采用结构化分析方法，详细阐述说明了一个功能较强大的项目管理系统的前后台开发、操作流程和涉及的一些关键技术。首先做了可行性分析，其次是系统分析，通过实际的业务流程调查，分析业务流程和系统的组织结构，完成了数据流分析和数据字典；然后是系统设计阶段，主要进行了功能模块的划分，并阐述了系统设计的思想、系统设计的工具及技术和数据库的设计。此阶段对本系统每个模块的功能做了详尽的设计，形成了本系统的专用功能模块图；此外，数据库设计时首先做了概念结构设计，其次做了逻辑结构设计，最后完成了数据表的设计。根据前几个阶段的分析和设计，本系统在设计方面采用BS模式，并采用NET技术进行基本页面设计与功能的实现，后台数据库则使用SQLServer2005数据库。本系统的设计实施为项目管理系统的运行奠定基础，为项目管理工作提供优良的保障。关键词：管理；结构化分析；管理系统
