浅议我国夫妻财产约定制度之完善

摘要：摘要：夫妻间的财产关系是婚姻关系的一项重要内容，随着社会经济的发展，仅依靠法定财产制已不足以调整夫妻在财产方面的权利、义务关系，新的婚姻法对夫妻财产制度作了重要的修改和完善，明确规定了夫妻财产约定制度，即在私法领域给予当事人充分的自由，允许其在法律规定的范围内自主处分其财产权利，以避免夫妻财产纷争，维护社会稳定与团结。本文从约定财产的历史、可行性、公示制度、效力等方面阐述我国夫妻财产约定制度，并针对我国夫妻财产约定制度存在的缺陷提出了一些观点，以促进我国夫妻财产制度的完善。关键词：关键词：夫妻；约定财产；效力
