在对点焊机器人焊接路径的示教编程中引入了C级车前门的模型并对其进行了示教编程和运动仿真。本文以0Cr18Ni9型不锈钢代替镀锌钢板,用固定式点焊机代替点焊机器人进行了模拟点焊试验,并对试样进行了撕裂实验。在试验的基础上对机器人点焊质量的影响因素进行了综合分析,并提出了改善措施。通过本文对汽车生产中点焊机器人的研究可以优化汽车点焊生产线,提高生产效率和生产柔性。关键词:点焊机器人离线编程RobotStudio离线示教运动仿真
