浅谈PIVAS药师对肿瘤专科医院合理用药的促进作用

摘要目的：探讨静脉用药调配中心药师在临床合理用药中的作用，通过（PIVAS）药师对汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院药物配置和使用的干预，依据时辰药理学限定某些药物给药时间，按要求规范溶媒的选择，依据药物稳定性决定配制和放置条件，以及根据患者情况和药物特性提供参考的给药浓度、滴注速度及药物的规范化配制等过程中发挥的作用作总结。结果静脉药物配置中心药师可以在利用实时审方对药物的正确选择、溶媒的选用、剂量的确定、辅助用药的使用进行合理干预等方面有着非常积极的作用。结论静脉药物配置中心药师可以在药物合理应用、调配操作的规范化实施中起非常关键的作用。同时也为患者提供了个体化服务，全面提升了医院的医疗服务质量。关键词：静脉药物配置中心；
