ERP系统对企业财务管理的影响
摘要
本文在介绍ERP基础概念的基础上，阐明在ERP系统环境下企业财务管理的的特点以及应用现状，对比国内外企业、近现代与当代应用ERP系统的经历，着重分析ERP系统对企业财务管理在实际应用中的影响。ERP系统是企业资源计划系统，其核心目的是实现对企业的有效管理控制，使得企业对其所拥有的人、物、财、信息、时间和空间等综合统一管理，以期能够最大限度地利用企业现有资源，实现企业经济效益的最大化。企业实施ERP能扩大财务管理的内容，加强成本管理，优化企业管理模式等，但在其应用过程中出现了一些应用难、技术跟不上要求、与管理要求不相适应、发展不平衡等问题，本文针对这些问题，提出了一些具有可行性的改善措施，并且对ERP系统在未来的财务管理应用中做出展望。
