现代单张纸平版胶印机收纸装置的设计
摘要：收纸装置是印刷机的重要部件，对收纸质量有重要影响。性能优良的收纸装置不仅能加快印刷机技术的发展，还可以提高印刷品的品质。本文设计一种主要应用于国产J2108A型印刷机的收纸装置。
通过分析J2108A机型，确定了印刷速度等原始数据。设计了链条传送装置，计算出了收纸链轮的直径、收纸链条的长度以及收纸链条导轨的长度。设计了减速装置，计算出了吸气辊纸张制动机构的降速系数以及机械式印张减速机构的降速系数，再由给定的印刷速度得到了降速后纸张的速度。收纸台的悬臂式结构经常会出现卡死的现象以及悬臂支架断裂的情况。为了克服这一弊病，本设计不采用悬臂式结构，而是由链轮和4根链条吊挂一大钢板，推纸车可直接推入或拉出。该升降机构具有负载大、升降平稳、结构简单、可靠性高，操作方便等优点。并对升降机构进行了动态仿真。
