fⅡ型胶原酶、Ⅳ型胶原酶、胰蛋白酶、透明质酸酶和DNAase五酶联合消化脐带组织作用4h的方法缩短了分离细胞用时并显著提高了细胞产量、细胞活力以及细胞增殖能力,同时缩短原代细胞贴壁时间、融合时间。流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫学表型显示,该方法提取得到的原代细胞中MSCs比例,第三代MSCs细胞纯度较传统方法均有提高。因此,该方法是一种高效分离HUCMSCs的方法,可用来规模化提取培养HUCMSCs以满足科学实验、临床治疗的需求。
