导尿管相关尿路感染预防与控制技术指南在ICU的

摘要：目的针对ICU病房接受留置导尿管患者进行尿路感染病症原菌分析，观察导尿管相关尿路感染预防与控制技术指南的应用效果。方法在本院收集2011年1月～2012年12月ICU病房留置导尿管患者资料并分成两组，观察并分析两组患者留置导尿管的尿路感染情况。结果患者留置导尿管时间长短与患者出现尿路感染情况成正比，而且女性感染机率比男性大，主要感染病原菌是革兰氏阴性菌。结论控制留置尿管安置时间，规范操作程序，强化对导尿管护理的管理和监督，强化全程落实无菌技术及手卫生等管理制度能够有效的降低患者尿路感染，为患者降低病痛折磨。关键词：导尿管；相关尿路感染；预防控制技术指南；ICU；应用及效果研究Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheapplicatio
