摘要
文章论述我国中小企业发展战略，正确地理解中小企业发展战
略，是选择适合我国中小企业发展战略的前提。主要内容：一是简
单概述中小企业的定义、划分标准和我国中小企业的特点；二是详
细概述企业发展战略的内涵、特征、本质、内容、意义以及如何制
定企业发展战略；三是描述我国中小企业发展现状并指出我国中小
企业发展中存在的问题；四是在以上分析的基础上对中小企业发展
战略进行思考，提出适合我国中小企业的发展战略；最后，重申中
小企业在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用，发展中小企业是社会生
产力发展的必然要求中小企业不仅可以解决当前最严峻的就业问题
也可以促进我国企业结构的合理化。提出我国中小企业应根据自己
的行业和本企业的特点，选择完善、合适的发展战略。
