司的人力资源管理系统进行改造和系统开发设计主要针对于公司员工的管理同时还包括假期和福利等方面的管理。公司的员工管理包括员工基本资料员工的个人档案员工的劳动合同员工的岗位和报表的管理。实现了对员工基本的查询编辑删除修改添加打印等操作。该系统采用实用的面向对象的开发工具VB和SQLSERVER数据库。根据该公司的现状采用CS的形式实现客户端的访问。基本实现了公司的人力资源部门对公司的管理满足了公司的发展要求同时考虑发展的前瞻性开发了一些其他功能。例如工作的描述招聘申请等。
