f大学生创业面临的问题与对策分析
摘要：近年来大学毕业生就业难已经变成了一个十分显著的问题，这与我国的产业结构调整，加上近几年全球金融危机的影响经济不景气，以及高等教育正从“精英化”转向“大众化”导致我国出现越来越多的大学生有关。大学毕业生的就业压力如果不能得到有效地缓解和解决，将会影响到社会劳动就业率以及社会稳定，而且也会不利于高校教育的改革及发展，所以解决大学生就业问题迫在眉睫。在这种情况下，创业作为一种解决大学生就业问题的方法就显得格外重要，以创业带动就业，这对当前就业紧张的形势具有十分积极的意义。本文主要对大学生创业过程中遇到的各种问题，如学校创业教育不足、家庭观念影响、社会舆论影响以及国家政策不完善等等，进行具体分析并且对应提出恰当的对策和建议。
