布地奈德联合N乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治
疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果观察

【摘要】目的：观察布地奈德联合N乙酰半胱氨酸雾化液吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法：选择2014年7月2016年6月于笔者所在医院儿科就诊的小儿支气管肺炎患儿120例，随机分为A组和B组，两组患儿均接受常规基础综合治疗，在此基础上A组患儿接受雾化吸入布地奈德联合N乙酰半胱氨酸雾化液，B组雾化吸入布地奈德，疗程均为4～7d；比较治疗后两组患儿支气管肺炎各临床症状体征消失时间。结果：治疗后A组发热、咳嗽、气喘、音肺部和肺部X线阴影消失时间分别为（233±037）、（452±052）、（386±046）、（568±048）、（605±055）d，均显著短于B组，差异有统计学意义（P
