关于高职毕业设计（论文）质量管理体系的研究

摘要：毕业设计是高职工科类专业最重要和最高阶段的实践环节。毕业设计是学生走上实际工作岗位或继续学习深造的一个重要过渡和衔接，也是以往其他教学环节的继续、补充和深化，是人才培养目标的重要环节，是培养学生工程实际能力的重要途径。近年来，随着教育规模的不断扩大以及就业压力等严峻挑战，导致高职毕业设计（论文）的质量呈下滑趋势，很难达到人才培养方案中的培养的目标。文章通过调研与多次亲身实践总结了影响高职毕业设计（论文）质量的主要因素，并提出了提高毕业设计（论文）质量的几条行之有效的措施。

近年来，随着教育规模的不断扩大以及就业压力的严峻挑战等原因，导致高职毕业设计（论文）的质量呈下滑趋势，很难达到专业人才培养所期望达到的目标。根据对企业、学校及学生的调研情况，影响高职生毕业设计（论文）质量的主要因素可以概括为下面两个方面：
一是过程管理缺乏。建立和完善毕业设计环节监控系统是确保毕业设计（论文）质量的有效运行机制，有了这个过程才能反映出教学质量提高的科学性和有效性。
