f摘要：随着知识经济的到来，无形资产的在企业经济活动中所占的比重和地位日益提高。无形资产是企业经济发展必不可少的宝贵资源，是企业核心竞争力的主要因素。但是我国企业无形资产总体规模较小，无形资产结构不合理，保护不当，利用不充分，已经成为导致我国企业经济效益低下，产品缺乏国际竞争力的主要原因。本文系统分析了我国企业无形资产的现状和企业核心竞争力的关系，并且分析了我国企业无形资产存在的缺陷最后提出了如何培育和加强无形资产来提高企业核心竞争力的措施。关键词：无形资产，核心竞争力，关系，管理，培育
