基于COPD中西医基础研究对研究生实施PBL教学

摘要目的提高研究生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）基本知识的掌握及对COPD科研设计、组织、实施与管理的能力。方法带领研究生参与COPD的临床诊疗，从临床病案中发现问题，研究生深入于COPD的基础研究，查阅近15年COPD的文献、分组讨论实验研究的总体设计，脂多糖（LPS）加烟雾诱导COPD大鼠模型，探究爱罗咳喘宁对COPD的治疗作用及其机制，整合以COPD病因、发病机制为问题核心的中西医知识模块。结果5名研究生完成COPD中西医病因、发病机制及爱罗咳喘宁作用机制的阶段性研究，掌握相关科研方法与技术。结论PBL教学法有助于研究生科研素质的提高，具有实用性和可行性。
