f摘要
工厂总降压变电所是工厂供配电的重要组成部分，它直接影响整个工厂供电的可靠运行，同时它又是联系发电厂和用户的中间环节，起着变换、接受和分配电能的作用。电气主接线是总降压变电所的主要环节，电气主接线的拟定直接关系着全厂电气设备的选择、配电装置的布置、继电保护和自动装置的确定，是决定变电所电气部分技术经济性能的关键因素。
本设计是356kV降压变电所及高压配电系统的设计。首先，进行车间负荷统计和无功功率补偿，确定主变压器及各车间变压器；从技术和经济等方面，通过了两种方案的比较，选择经济、可靠、运行灵活的主接线一次方案。其次，进行短路计算和设备的选择、校验；然后，确定工厂电源进线、母线和高压配电线路。最后，进行二次回路方案、整定继电保护、防雷保护和接地装置的设计。
设计结果可以满足精益冶金机械修造厂供电的可靠性，并保证各车间电气设备的稳定运行。
