omy是应对全球气候变暖的最佳经济模式。发展低碳经济已经成为全球共识，越来越受到国际社会的重视。中国作为温室气体排放大国，在向低碳经济转型过程中，具备一定的潜在优势，同时也面临着一系列的挑战，我国发展低碳经济的机遇和挑战并存。探索低碳经济的发展之路，采取多种措施大力发展低碳经济无疑是我国发展的重要选择。
