摘要
人力资源管理作为企业获取竞争优势的手段之一，对企业发挥着越来越重要的作用，因此，在房地产企业的发展中，人力资源管理也呈现出了积极的态势。本文以峰威房地产公司为例，在公司的实际运营中进行人员流动情况的分析，试图在人才流动这一问题中，找到最有力的解决方式，目前，在战略规划、工作分析、薪酬管理、绩效考核、培训开发等方面，峰威房地产都已进行了有益的实践，但在具体的人力资源工作的实施过程中，也存在着制约企业发展的很多深层次问题。为了更好地了解决峰威房地产人员的流动问题，进行此项探究，从而能够详细准确的查找出人才流动的原因，从而为峰威房地产培养出更符合市场需求和更适应房地产行业的人才打下坚实的基础。
