随着我国消费者对农产品，特别是对时令蔬菜、肉类、水果、海产品等鲜活农产品的需求量逐年递增，他们对农产品的质量和安全的要求也越来越高，因此对农产品在物流运输过程中的环境要求也越来越严格。我国目前农产品在物流运输过程中，损耗巨大，这不仅影响了农业生产，还影响了农民生产积极性。这也要求我国必须加快冷链物流的建设和完善。
本文依据冷链物流的相关理论，对我国当前农产品冷链物流的发展现状、我国农产品冷链物流中存在的问题、我国农产品冷链物流发展对策等方面进行了分析研究，结合上述分析研究，本文总结出我国冷链物流存在的人才缺失、设施落后、信息化程度低、第三方物流滞后、行业法规不完善等问题，针对这些问题进行了详细的论述，最后结合我国广东省的荔枝冷链物流进行了实证分析，并尝试给出了我国当前发展冷链物流的解决对策，希望能给我国农产品冷链物流的发展带来一些启示。
