摘要：人无时无刻都在进行情感的表达，情感表达是人们在社会实践中对事物的表现。而在舞蹈当中，舞蹈者的演出也都在围绕着情感，无论是节奏的快慢、动作的幅度、力量的强弱，都是根据情感的变化而改变的。所以我们说情感是舞蹈的最终表现。所以舞蹈者需要把握在作品中的情感，对作品所处的时代和社会背景进行了解，同时深入挖掘人物的形象和内心世界，只有这样才能更好的表演作品。在本文中笔者通过对在舞蹈表演中情感的表达进行研究，对情感的描述，舞蹈者对于舞蹈本身的情感，以及把握这种情感的重要性进行分析。关键词：情感；舞蹈表演；理解
