摘要
摘要:本污水处理厂是为某制药厂的生产废水和生活污水而设计的。该厂废水的主要成分为盐酸林可霉素原料药的生产废水,要求日处理量为3100吨天,生活污水为100吨天。制药废水水质成分复杂,废水中污染物质含量高,生物难降解物质多,COD浓度高,BOD5COD很低,废水的色度高,从而影响水生生物的生长,影响水体自净。因此对制药废水进行处理对于整体水质管理体系来说非常重要。
生产废水进水水质指标:CODcr7800mgL、BOD51540mgL、SS300400mgL、PH78;生活污水进水水质指标:CODcr400mgL、BOD5200mgL、SS200mgL、PH78。针对该制药废水的特点,本设计以混凝沉淀、UASB厌氧法和SBR好氧法为主体工艺处理该废水。整个处理工艺流程分为三个部分:预处理、二级处理和污泥处理。
该工艺设计合理,具有处理效率高、运行费用底、占地面积小等特点。通过本工艺的处理,废水中的有机物可以得到高效降解,处理后的废水水质:BOD520mgL、COD131mgL、SS28mgL,均达到国家综合废水排放一级标准。关键词:制药废水;混凝沉淀;UASB;SBR;设计
