摘要
本毕业设计完成一台用于进行攻丝的机床的总体设计。该机床由步进电机提供主动力在单片机的控制下实现震动攻丝,建立了一套低频震动攻丝系统,该系统不仅能降低攻丝扭矩,而且能提高螺纹的加工质量,是一种通用、高效的系统。如果出现故障,能够自动排除或停机报警。因此,本课题设计的攻丝机械是典型的机电一体化产品设计。在机床主体的设计采用了在原有立式钻床的基础上改造,采用了主轴振动工件静止的方案。横梁上安装有滚珠丝杠,用以实现主轴箱的轴向移动,为系统的移动提供了方便。关键词:数控;振动攻丝机床;控制系统
