要
本文简述了二汽实习时的所见及所得，文中有重点实习工厂的实习记录，也有对所
记录资料的分析与总结，将典型零件的生产进行了归类，分为箱体零件、轴类零件及其
它类别进行分析总结。同时我也对传统的机械加工有了一个基本的认识，常见的机械加
工如车削、钻削、镗削、刨削、铣削和磨削等，加工对象基本不受零件的限制，可以得
到很高加工精度和表面质量。而各种不同的加工方式适用不同的场合，又结合刀具的结
构特点，这样我们可以完成各种复杂零件的加工。很多零部件生产都采用传统的机械加
工，节约成本。透过这次实习，我看到了我国机械行业的一个现状，我国的制造业还存在很大的依赖性。作为一个有着三十多年发展历史的国有企业，其综合实力在我国的机械行业中发挥着骨干作用，但在公司的生产线中，很多加工工序复杂、加工精度要求搞的设备都是引进美国、日本、德国等，而且有的生产线是一整套引进过来就投入到生产。虽在原有的生产线上进行了改进、改装，但有的核心技术至今很难掌握，要想实现突破还需一段很长的时间，中国制造业的发展道路任重而道远。
