摘要营运资金作为企业不可或缺的资金，有着流动性最大，变化最强，流转
周期最短的特点，在一定程度上影响着企业资金的使用效率。营运资金的管理的好坏关系到企业价值的实现与否，是财务管理目标实现的重要环节。因此把握企业在营运资金管理方面存在的问题及其成因，给出合理对策，是非常必要的。本文通过对我国上市公司营运资金的调查数据分析了我国上市营运资金管理的现状以及其存在的问题，提出了加强营运资金管理的措施，期望使我国上市公司营运资金的管理更加的健全完善。
