f【摘要】
道路工程是国民经济的重要组成部分，对国民经济具有举足轻重的促进和制约作用。改革开放以来，我国公路建设得到了持续、快速、健康的发展，取得了举世瞩目的成就。多年来，国家和地方一直致力于公路管理体制的建设、完善，建立科学合理的公路管理体制和强化公路的行业管理，积累了宝贵的经验，奠定了扎实的基础。在本课题设计中，考虑到施工组织设计里面涵盖了非常详细的施工现场管理以及现场施工方法，掌握路基、路面的施工工艺保证施工质量及工期进度，为了工程顺利的进行做好准备是十分必要的。
