摘
要
在本设计中鉴于设计题目的特征,我们选用了侧抽芯结构。由于本设计的塑料构件的尺寸较小我们选用了一模两腔的注射结构,当然我们也用了三分型面结构。零件的特点是侧面有孔,上面有凹槽,四周有圆角【形状如图(11),给确】定分型面、确保塑件精度及防止塑件在分型面上溢边带来了困难。根据零件形状推出机构不采用传统的推杆机构而是采用推板形式【见总装图】,分型面改进为台阶式分型。在本次模具设计中有较多的数据计算,如成型零件尺寸的计算、形位公差的计算、确定注塑机时的校核计算等。根据所选的注塑机要确定模具的总模厚,还有相关数据的校核,比如锁模力、注射压力。本次设计还对浇口、冷却方式和排气方式进行了说明、阐述。本次设计模具总体结构紧凑、论文思路严谨,对大学四年所学理论进行了系统的回顾与总结。由于本人设计水平有限,缺点和错误在所难免,请各位老师批评指正。关键词:一模两腔;侧型芯;三分型面
