摘要
煤炭能源是人类生存和发展的重要物质基础，也是当今国际政治、经济、军事、外交关注的焦点，在我国占据重要的战略地位。在我国经济快速发展过程中，煤炭企业为下游行业电力、冶金、化工和建材的快速发展提供了有利的支撑。长期以来，加强煤炭企业的管理，提高企业的经济效益一直是这一领域研究的重点。然而由于煤炭企业的特殊发展轨迹，原有的研究方向大多重视对生产和销售的研究。但是随着市场经济的不断深入，财务管理的研究也渐渐浮出水面，企业人员的配置从引进技术人才转向引进技术和管理双重人才。财务管理是对企业资金运动和价值形态的管理，它贯穿于企业生产经营的各个环节。面对经济全球化趋势的不断加强，煤炭企业只有尽快地转变观念，加强企业财务管理，适应新环境，才能在未来的市场竞争中生存和发展。本文通过对中平能化集团七矿公司这一煤炭企业财务管理中出现的一些问题进行分析，并尝试找寻解决这些问题的方案，希望以此对其他煤炭企业的财务管理提供一些借鉴。关键词：能源；煤炭企业；财务管理关键词
