轿车变速器结构设计
摘要：
随着科技的迅猛发展，汽车这个本来陌生的名词已经渐渐普及，不管是都市白领，还是面朝黄土背朝天的农民，都已经慢慢有了属于自己的汽车。汽车的发展与普及，很大程度上便利了人们的衣食住行。而变速器作为汽车的核心部件，它的发展尤为重要。
本次汽车变速器的设计中，首先确定的是各档传动比。根据给的已知数据，通过公式计算出来的各档传动比来从而确定齿轮的齿数，分度圆直径以及直齿轮或者斜齿轮的选择。齿轮的模数也是根据上述的结论而得出的。轴的设计。选择了两轴形式变速器。数据都确定好之后则开始校核各个设计好的零件的强度。并且设计了同步器，而且在后面也进行了自锁装置、互锁装置以及倒档锁的设计。
汽车的飞速发展使得其各部件的科技程度需求更高。。但是，在这里不得不提出的是，作为传动系统的核心部件变速器，其制造水平、工艺水平，更是需要人们的注视。它的更新将使汽车的性能得到较大提升。
