浅析高校辅导员队伍建设

摘要：摘要：辅导员是高等院校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分，具有教师和干部的双重
身份是大学生思想政治教育最直接的组织者、实施者和指导者，辅导员的个人素质将直接影响到大学生素质教育的推进力度及学生个人未来发展等问题。加强辅导员队伍建设无论是从国家的大政方针还是从高校实践的角度来看都是需要认真贯彻执行的。在实际操作时，应该结合学校实际，进一步完善辅导员思想政治建设，学习提高、待遇、职称职务、发展前途等方面的政策，制定好辅导员队伍建设规划，扎实推进辅导员队伍建设，使辅导员在学生思想政治教育中发挥更大的作用。

2004年中共中央国务院下发了《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》及相关配套文件后，西藏大学根据文件精神，结合学校实际，着力在辅导员队伍建设的制度化和规范化上下功夫，逐步建立与完善了以准入机制、培训机制、评价机制和政策机制四大联动机制为基础的建设方略，努力打造一支“政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正”的辅导员队伍。
