【摘要】：某五层框架结构宿舍楼为钢筋混凝土框架结构宿舍楼，结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。
结构部分的计算之后，依据建筑方案和结构设计计算结果并结合PKPM结构设计软件完成结构部分的施工图设计。本工程为五层框架结构宿舍楼，结合他的实际情况，本场地地震基本烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度为010g，设计特征周期为035s设计地震分组为第一组，建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。
结构设计中主要是框架设计阶段，首先必须满足水平地震力作用下和竖向荷载作用下的框架侧移验算的要求，其次就是要满足风荷载作用下的框架侧移验算的要求，在进行地震水平力作用计算时采用了底部剪力法，并运用迭代法对框架进行内力计算然后通过内力组合验算构件是否安全及完成构件的配筋。
楼梯设计部分先选择楼梯的形式通过计算附加在梯段上的荷载来完成和梯段板和梯段梁的设计。
基础部分的设计，根据提供的地质资料，基础形式选用条形基础，根据框架结构传递到基础上的荷载完成基础的设计。【关键词】：框架；结构设计；抗震设计；条形基础。
