f摘要
公务员考核制度是公务员制度的关键，其监督、评估和选拔等方面的功能对于促进公务员的工作水平、服务意识的提高，塑造中国政府对外形象，提高公务员队伍的整体素质以及推动公务员制度的改革都发挥着重要的作用。自从公务员制度建立以来，虽然我国的公务员考核制度建设有了明显进步，但在考核内容、标准等方面依然存在一些问题。因此，对于公务员考核制度尤其是我国公务员考核制度的研究对于推动我国公务员制度的改革和政府职能的转变具有十分重要的意义。本论文首先介绍了新时期我国公务员考核制度的主要内容及方法，并指出了公务员考核的意义及作用；其次通过研究，发现我国现阶段公务员的考核制度中存在的问题并加以剖析、从中得出原因；最后就完善现阶段我国公务员考核制度，根据各项原则提出了相应的措施。
