摘要：人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源，也是企业发展的最关键因素。而激励是人力资源的重要内容，激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业发展的一个重要因素。科学的激励机制能为企业带来良好的经济效益，促进员工个人能力的全面发展和提升，促使员工更好地为企业做贡献，从而推动企业的良性运作。肯德基作为庞大的快餐连锁企业，一直以来都有着自己独特的激励机制。本文简要介绍了肯德基的激励机制，并对其激励机制进行了分析。最后，文章对激励策略的运用提出了几点改进建议。
