摘要
随着经济的快速发展，现代企业面临着诸多挑战，加强员工培训提高展业技术水平式维持现代企业健康发展所必需重视的关键环节。现代企业一方面在追求经济效益的同时逐渐改善员工的利益以满足员工的需求，用意留住人才。这就提出了要严谨的员工培训理论。员工培训已成为企业培养高素质员工和打造核心竞争力的重要手段，它直接影响到员工的素质和工作绩效并进而影响企业整体竞争力，员工培训是现代企业必不可少的一项工作任务。本文通过查阅各种期刊以及国内外著名的书籍，以及亲身实践，从理论知识入手，首先介绍了员工培训的涵义，接着，理论联系实际，通过列举该企业的成功事例进一步说明了现代企业员工培训在当今企业中的重要性。最后，总结了该企业中出现的问题，并结合实际提出了解决相应问题的意见，如提高企业效益，提高员工的技术水平等。同时，阐明了在现代企业中员工培训的重要作用和地位。通过本文的研究，希望能够对现代企业的员工培训提供一些借鉴作用，从而改善企业管理中存在的问题，提高员工的技术水平，提高企业的经济效益。关键词：现代企业；员工培训；问题；对策建议
