单硝酸异山梨酯治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效观察

摘要目的：观察单硝酸异山梨酯（ISMN）用于治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压ISH的疗效。方法：选取ISH患者62例，随机分为对照组32例和治疗组30例。对照组应用非洛地平25mg，每日晨服1次。治疗组于此基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯20mg，每日2次。分析两组患者治疗前、后血压和脉压PP变化。结果：治疗4周后治疗组收缩压（SBP）及脉压PP与治疗前比较有显著差异P
结论：单硝酸异山梨酯能降低ISH患者的SBP，而对DBP影响不大，可使PP减小，适合老年ISH患者的降压治疗。
