件如车削内、外圆柱面、圆锥面、圆弧面、端面、切槽、倒角、车螺纹等，工艺适应性强，加工效率高，精度高，加工质量稳定，可降低对工人技术熟练程度的要求。编程容易，操作简单，可广泛适用于汽摩配件、家电、液压气动、轴承、仪器仪表、五金阀门等制造业中、小型零件的批量加工，是理想的中小型机械加工设备。通过技术调研，我们认为AD10数控机床的开发具有可行性。该项目的实施过程，是根据国内市场的需求分析及调研的结果，确定产品的性能，进行总体设计，部件研制，安装，以及整机的调试等一系列过程，需要设计，制造，供应，机加工，装配等一系列的密切配合。
