血液透析与腹膜透析治疗肾衰竭的临床效果

摘要目的比较血液透析与腹膜透析治疗肾衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月成都理工大学医院和资阳市第一人民医院收治的200例肾衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为血液透析组（血液透析法）和腹膜透析组（腹膜透析法），每组各100例。比较两组患者治疗前后的肾功能指标血尿素氮（BUN）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血肌酐（Scr）水平及血流动力指标心脏指数（CI）、心率（HR）、平均动脉压（MAP）变化。结果两组患者治疗前的肾功能指标水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P005）；两组患者治疗后的BUN、CRP、Scr水平均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P005）；腹膜透析组患者治疗前后的CI比较，差异无统计学意义（P005）；腹膜透析组患者治疗后的HR低于治疗前，MAP高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P
