论中小型外贸企业的融资问题

【摘
要】融资难问题是困扰企业发展的一个巨大障碍，本文作者在分析了外贸企
业的特点基础上，探究出企业融资存在的多种难点，然后运用经济学理论证明企业融资难的根本原因在“市场失灵”。其作用主要表现在外部效应、银行业垄断、信息不对称等方面，并根据此根本原因，结合外向型企业的特征，对症下药，得出解决融资难问题的几种有效方法，包括：建立匹配的中小金融机构、健全的信用评估机制、健全的担保体系、丰富的资本市场、利用新的金融工具等几个方面。指出解决融资问题需要的是社会多个部门共同的合作。从而使企业走出融资“瓶颈”，实现业务的高速、健康成长。【关键词】中小型外贸企业；市场失灵；信用评估；金融工具
