f内容提要：在当今的知识经济时代下，人力资源管理对企业生存发展起到着至关重要的作用，其中
的员工培训，具有十分重要的意义。企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，适应不断变化发展的市场环境，有效途径之一就是充分开发、科学管理企业的人力资源，而员工培训是企业人力资源战略的重要组成部分，为直接提高经营管理者能力水平和员工技能，为企业提供新的工作思路、知识、信息、技能，增长员工才干和敬业创新精神的根本途径和极好方式。为此，必须大力开发培训人力资源，提高人员素质，提高员工队伍质量，使人力资本成为企业巨大的竞争优势，从而加强企业核心竞争力的重要手段。近年来，我国企业的人力资源培训开发管理方面取得了很大的进展，取得了一定成绩，但是仍然存在一些问题。
本文将针对目前企业员工培训工作中存在的问题进行分析，提出了一些合理化的建议与理性思考，从而促使员工培训工作更加科学、合理、有效地发展。关键词：企业员工培训存在问题分析原因对策研究
