规整与秩序（小型NC立体仓库设计）
摘要
小型NC立体仓库设计是面向高校机械及自动化专业的经济型实验装置，其机械系统可实现对9个货位物料的存取，控制系统实现对装置的逻辑控制。根据物料重量及加减速初始条件，计算X、Y、Z三个方向分力及折算转矩，选择直流电机、步进电机和轴承，设计丝杠螺母副、同步带传动、导轨和机体，完成机械系统的设计；根据三台电机的动作逻辑和硬件IO配置，完成接口电路系统的设计。上位机使用VB的MSComm控件，编写FX2NPLC通信协议代码，实现上下位机的串行通信完成显示货位号、寻货、取货、存货、急停、回零等动作的控制。
本文设计了小型NC立体仓库的机械系统和基于PLC的下位机控制系统及基于VB控制的上位机监控。本次设计主要设计了机械系统、电路系统、PLC控制系统及软件设系统。机械系统通过计算后采用Proe建模和动画及AutoCAD画工程图；电路系统根据设计要求采用Protel设计了相应的逻辑电路；PLC控制系统根据整个系统要求的逻辑功能构思了相应的状态转移图及相应的梯形图和程序；软件系统采用VB编程软件编程设计了相应的软件程序实现了上位机与下位机PLC触点之间的通信，通过控制界面的运行证明实现了上位机软件界面对下位机PLC的远程控制。关键词：小型NC立体仓库；机械系统设计；PLC；接口电路设计；VB通信
